In-Person, via Zoom or Hybrid + 14 day recording for most events.  All in-person workshops held at OYS, 4 Yosemite in Oakland.  In-person space is limited — email us if attending in-studio to save your spot.   Early registration rate 7 days before event.  Times PT.

Pre-registration is recommended and prepayment in full is required to hold space. 
Series and monthly passes not valid for workshops .
Mountain Yoga and its teachers reserve the right to cancel workshops.  If Mountain Yoga cancels a workshop, a full refund will be issued.
