Yoga for Every Body. Welcome one, welcome all. Yoga basics in with a light touch. Move at your pace, share a few laughs, leave feeling better.
Gentle Yoga. A nurturing class for times when the body needs extra care, like post-illness, after surgery or anytime you can use a little TLC.
Hatha 1–3. Clear alignment and classic poses to build skill and understanding. Prompts given to dial it up or down for that “just right” challenge.

Ropes + Restorative. We're blessed with a yoga rope wall that provides deep stretch for tight bodies. Finish with deeply relaxing restorative poses.

Sound Meditation. Chanting and deep listening practices for a calming, accessible form of meditation.
