CLASS PROTOCOLS

IN-PERSON CLASSES
​• Advanced registration required 
​• Confirm class location on schedule
​• Studio opens 15 min prior to class start time
• Arrive at least 5 mins before class
• Arrive dressed for yoga practice
• Please stay home if  sick 
• A $20 No-Show fee will be charged

ZOOM CLASSES  
• Advanced registration required
• Zoom class opens 15 mins before start time
• Arrive a few minutes early
• No admittance 15 min after start time
