Through discussion and personal exploration students learn the root causes of insomnia from an energetic perspective and how to address them via yoga principles and practices. Ann methodically leads the group through asana (posture) sequences, breathing techniques, chants, and guided meditations that naturally induce sleep. Llifestyle choices that support sleep are taught, as well as what to do when we wake during the night. You will enjoy a delightfully restful time, returning home with a yoga prescription for sleep. No yoga experience required.
