"Membership is great. At the beginning of the pandemic I was talking to
a friend who mentioned she was doing a chanting and meditation class the next morning. I said, “Oh,
where are you doing that?” She said Mountain Yoga. And I thought.. “Wow, I haven’t done that in
a long time I’d love to get back into that. I checked out my first class for
FREE and just loved the teacher, Ann, so I became a member right away.
It's been an amazing way during this pandemic to connect with community, to get
grounded, to help my body after sitting at a desk for hours at home. Some days I
take 2-3 classes, most weeks I’m in 5, 6,7 classes. The membership is great, you can join any of
the classes throughout the week. It’s been an amazing experience for me and after the
pandemic I hope to meet everyone in person and get to the studio!
