Having trouble signing in for class? Try these tips
• Class Registration Not Working?
Click the "sign up" button to the right of the class you want to attend. Enter your email and password. If you're still having trouble...
• Use Chrome As Your Browser.
MindBody and Zoom platforms seem to perform best in Chrome (vs. Safari or Firefox, for example.) If you don't have Chrome on your device, simply Google "Chrome" and download.
• Signing Up for Classes Too Far in Advance.
If you are a member, your membership account will only allow you to sign up for classes you have already paid for. If you are having trouble registering for a class in the future, the date may not be within your current membership month. Check your account to see when your membership renews next — you can register for any classes up to that date!
• Need to Reset Password.
