Ann Dyer takes us on an exotic excursion to Haramara Retreat Center for an extraordinary time of deep healing employing asana, breath, meditation and chant, drawing on myth and metaphor. Mornings of deep yoga asana, early evening chant/meditation, with afternoons free for beach, siestas or hanging out by the Haramara's new hilltop pool. Return home vibrantly alive and deeply connected to self and those around you. Together we spend seven transformative days of unwinding and exploration in an oasis that was created especially for contemplation and renewal by its visionary owner, Sajeela Borbolla.

The wonderland of Haramara —“Mother Sea” in Huichol — sits just 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. An enchanting destination Haramara was designed as a place for rejuvenation and introspection. Large, beautifully appointed palapas are set in the jungle above the Pacific Ocean, each walking distance to the beach and boasting a sweeping ocean view. Meals are five-star gourmet fare prepared from local organic produce and seafood, and top-of-the-line spa services are available.
