ANN DYER CERVANTES is the Director of Mountain Yoga, and a yoga teacher for over 35 years. Her teaching grows out of her beginnings as a modern dancer and foundational study in the Iyengar tradition, including graduating from Piedmont Yoga’s 750hr Teacher Training in 1999 extensive study with Donald Moyer and Ramanand Patel. Later, Ann was heavily influenced by the study of Shadow Yoga and somatic movement.
