Take home simple, practical ways to employ healthy boundaries that still allow us generosity of heart and the ability to connect with others others.
Modern life is de-stabilizing. The breakneck pace and transitory nature of our jobs, homes and relationships can result in insecurity, anxiety and insomnia. In this workshop, the second of the Life Skills Series, we learn how to increase the experience of stability in our modern lives, through practices that deepen our connection to our physical, cognitive, and psychological core. From this clarifying stance, we can then relate to our lives and the people in it from a sense of inner truth and self-worth, bringing greater effectiveness and happiness.
