RULES
  • Must be registered for Challenge by January 23.
  • CHALLENGE KICK-OFF ZOOM MEET  Sunday, Jan 22 , 6:00-6:45pm  ​ LINK Passcode: DOYOGA
  • All Mountain Yoga classes count!
  • Workshops count toward 2 classes.We are extending a 25% discount for Challengers to attend the workshop during the challenge. To book a workshop email info@m-yoga.org with which workshop you wish to register for and we will complete the discounted registration.
  • Email us when you complete 23 classes and we'll reconcile against your Mindbody registration log.
  • To qualify for yoga prizes, 1) snap a photo of yourself on day 23,  2)  post to your social media saying "I met my yoga challenge!"  tagging @mountainyoga and 3) email  us the photo, too.
  • Winners announced at the
​              "WE DID IT!" ZOOM GATHERING   
               Friday 17, 12pm

  • Non Members: Yoga Challenge Unlimited Class Pass: Early reg:  $200 / Week of: $240 for  unlimited classes from January 23 - February 14. 
  •  Unlimited Members:  Participate for Free!  Just  email us you're participating so we offer support for your 23 days!
  • Mini + Middle Members:   Email us  to suspend your membership Jan 23 - Feb 14, then purchase the unlimited 2023 Challenge class pass using the button above.​
2023 Challenge Unlimited Class Pass expires February 14.  No refunds or account credits issued . No exceptions. ​

Doing yoga every day creates a huge shift in our bodies and our mindset.  In our 2023 Yoga Challenge you will receive regular support from coach Bett Bolhoeffer, daily yoga practitioner since April 2021 and author of the recent self-published book Daily Yoga: Creating a Practice for Life . Join Bett and other Challengers for a  Yoga Challenge Kick off Zoom meet Jan 22 at 6PM for a solid start, and watch your strength, flexibility + peace of mind start to grow day-by-day.

Just 23 classes in 23 days. In-person, zoom and recorded classes give you plenty of options. Try some new styles or new teachers. Experiment with different practices — like Restorative, Feldenkrais or Yoga Nidra. And, yes! meditation counts.    Need to miss a day? No worries!  You can make up classes as needed as you go along.

Bett Bollhoefer followed in her mother’s footsteps in becoming a yoga teacher.  Passionate and high energy Bett was coach for our very first Yoga Challenge with an almost 100% completion rate.  Bett creates yoga-based wellness experiences rooted in her own practice,  melding ancient wisdom with the modern science of health. She is the author of the new book "Daily Yoga: Creating a Practice for Life."
