a four-week series for newcomers to yoga

Intro to Yoga is a progressive four-week series for complete beginners or those returning to yoga after a long break.  The series introduces the fundamentals of body awareness and yoga postures with an emphasis on staying safe and practicing at an appropriate level of effort.  Wear clothing that is easy to move in, and be prepared to be barefoot.  This series will prepare for you to enter beginning yoga classes with confidence.  No need to bring anything but your enthusiasm!

$50 one week in advance, $60 week of
