Energetic Awakening is a new quarterly series designed to open new pathways for the reclamation of our authentic selves through deep asana practice, altar creation, intention planting, and tarot card inspiration. MYoga teacher Bethany Hobbs first discovered yoga as a tool for fierce embodiment and self-healing in 2003. Her teaching style inspires integrated living, breath and rooted movement that open the body and spirit to the magical depths of the yoga practice that is everyday living.
Bethany's dearest mentors have been Rached Maalouf, Alice Joanou, and Guillermo Galindo. Bethany is currently studying tarot and archetypal healing and their tie-in to the yoga tradition. She lives in the hills, where she grows herbs and reads novels.
