In this yoga history and yoga philosophy lecture, we’ll learn how Tantra is more than sacred sex. It is composed of a wide array of thrilling yoga practices and it reveals a world united and guided by Goddess energy, the creative life force.
We will learn how physical yoga (Hatha Yoga) came from this tradition. With full historical accuracy, we’ll link Tantra’s 1,500 year history of deities, philosophies, and practices to the yoga of today.
