To the outsider, Hindu Mythology presents a bewildering array of gods and goddeses who can be protective, destructive, warrrior like, compassionate, arrogant, ascetic, sexual, or loving. And they can also be personified or abstract, major or minor. How can they all exist at the same time? How did such a complex fabric come into being? In this talk, we will look into these and other issues related to the fascinating world of Hindu mythology and religion.
