I offer Swedish/ Deep Tissue, Shiatsu/ Acupressure, and Thai massage. My approach is holistic, bringing vitality and balance to the body, calming the mind and nourishing the spirit, through an integrative blend of eastern and western practices. Sessions include assessment, therapeutic and relaxing hands on body work, and may also include self care practices to invite the body into wellbeing.

In our session we will release tension, get rid of "knots," and increase mobility, thru a combination of  fascial release and joint mobilization  techniques, and deep tissue work.  We will passively and actively create more space in stiff joints to increase range of motion and to decrease aches and pains. After each assessment I will offer postural adjustments and  self-massage/stretching techniques to decrease flare ups between appointments.
