SUMMER SOLSTICE DAY RETREAT

Celebrate the warmth and vitality of summer in this daylong retreat held in the natural beauty of Green Gulch Farm Zen Center.

Mixed-level morning asana practice, followed by a farm-fresh lunch prepared by the Green Gulch kitchen. We'll walk through their verdant gardens and stroll to nearby Muir Beach where will hold a ceremony to mark the solstice.

Our day will end back in the studio with chanting and guided meditation honoring the fullness of Nature.

A day to slow down, breathe easy, and feel happy to be alive.
