Have you ever wondered if meditation might be good for you, but worried it could be too hard or uncomfortable? You’re not alone. Many yoga students have tried meditation and found it too challenging. That’s why we’re offering a Meditation Open House Week, with free classes all next week — so you can experience how simple and beneficial meditation can be.

At its heart, meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts or emptying the mind. It’s about learning how to stay calm and steady, even when life gets overwhelming. Regular meditation can:

Come as you are. “Meditating in community is so powerful." shared one of our meditators. "It’s very supportive to know that we are not alone in our struggles to be human. Everyone is welcome to show up just as they are.” Roll out of bed, turn on Zoom, and sit with us. No experience needed.
