Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions are available with Ann Dyer. Sessions are typically scheduled on weekday afternoons. Call 510.339.6421 or email your enquiries to info@m-yoga.org.
Before Your First Class
Mountain Yoga provides all mats and props required for class. (You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.) Wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily, like shorts, sweats or yoga pants, and be prepared to work barefoot. Try to come with an empty stomach, if possible. Jackets, shoes and water bottles can be stored in the dressing area, and purses stored on a shelf inside the studio. Please don't forget to turn off cell phones before class! We look forward to seeing you at Mountain Yoga one day soon!
