gayatri mantra


तत् सवितुर्वरेण्यं ।
भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि ।
धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ॥

om bhur bhuvah suvaha
tát savitúr váreṇyaṃ

bhárgo devásya dhīmahi
dhíyo yó naḥ pracodáyāt


Om is earth, the sky, the heavens.
We meditate upon the divine radiance  
of the Sun worthy of worship;
May it illuminate our mind.
