Class Protocols

• Advanced registration required
• Classes open 15 minutes before class time
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class 
• No admittance 15 minutes after class start time
• A $20 fee will be charged for no-shows

• Confirm class location on schedule
• Please stay home if sick

• Please mute your mike after entering
• You are welcome to turn off your camera, though we prefer to see you!

24HR CLASS RECORDINGS

• Check class schedule to see which select classes include 24hr access to recording
• Class recordings are automatically emailed to anyone registered for class
• Class recordings are emailed within 1 hour of class end time
• You may watch as many times as you like within the 24hr period
