"My body returns to the earth, my mind is mesmerized by
the rhythms of the ocean and my spirit flies in this magical place. Haramara Retreat is like coming home."
— Rodney Yee
Ann Dyer travels the globe teaching retreats, but she always returns home to Haramara, a magical place where deep healing and contemplation are supported by the gentle power of Mexico's Pacific Coast.
Join Ann for this immersive seven-day retreat in the jungle paradise of Haramara, designed to bring you back to your essential, joyous nature. Ann calls on the natural beauty of Haramara and yoga as sources of inspiration to lead us on a loving journey of our own inner terrains, from the jungle floor of our foundation to the infinite heavens of our minds.
Days include an immersive morning practice of deep asana and afternoon practice of chant, pranayama and meditation. Classes are mixed-level with options to suit everyone. Afternoons are free for swimming in the warm waters of Haramara's private beach, taking a walk into the quaint town of Sayulita, catching a surf lesson — or a siesta! Meals are five-star, healthy gourmet fare and top-of-the-line spa services are available.
Return home feeling rested, refreshed and vibrant.
